Porcao Farm to Grill, a sophisticated, multi-venue dining destination, in the heart of downtown Miami’s Mary Brickell Village. The sexy, 10,500 square-foot, modern steakhouse will have several design focal points, including an on-site herb and greens garden and dry-aging room. At the helm of the kitchen will be Executive Chef Jeff O’Neill, whose impressive vitae includes stints with Eric Ripert and Daniel Bouloud, as well as serving as personal chef to the Trump family. The robust menu will feature a variety of premium steaks and composed plates consisting of free-range meats, dry-aged onsite, as well as sustainable seafood and organic produce. Featured appetizers will include a dry roasted mussel platter and broiled veal marrow. A charcuterie and cheese cart, rolling raw bar and farm fresh salads prepared tableside will be available to compliment the restaurant’s signature plates such as the Fisherman’s Stew and Slow Roasted Pork Saddle. Steakhouse favorites such as the 14-ounce bone-in filet will be served a la carte with a variety of family-style side dish options. A sophisticated libations menu created by master mixologist Ramsey Pimentel, formally of Ritz-Carlton Hotels, will feature molecular concoctions, classic cocktails and more than 75 wines-by-the-glass. Guests looking to relax can enjoy cocktails and small bites on the casual Patio at Porcao, while those looking for a more lively nightlife experience can dance the night away upstairs at the restaurant’s elegant, KAO Lounge.
